ウクライナ情勢に関する安保理会合における石兼大使ステートメント

Russia must immediately stop its war of aggression, withdraw all of its troops and military equipment from Ukraine, and respect Ukraine’s independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity within its internationally recognized borders.
 
Any arguments cannot justify the flagrant violation of international laws and hideous acts we are currently witnessing, including the recent missile strike on a residential building in Dnipro. Japan, once again, urges Russia, a permanent member of the Security Council that is conferred primary responsibility for the maintenance of peace and security, to stop the war of aggression immediately.
