Lecture to Kwansei Gakuin University

On August 22nd, 11 students from Kwansei Gakuin University, located in Hyogo Prefecture (in western Japan), visited the Permanent Mission of Japan to the United Nations. They attended a lecture given by Mr. Otsuka, Counsellor of the Mission.
