Briefing by Ambassador Kodama to NYDRUM 2012 Student Participants from the Dominican Republic

         On April 2, 7 participating students of NYDRUM 2012 from the Dominican Republic visited the Japanese Mission and attended a briefing by H.E. Mr. Kazuo Kodama, Deputy Permanent Representative of Japan.  In the briefing, Ambassador Kodama explained the diplomatic policies of Japan at the U.N. and other issues such as abductions of Japanese citizens by North Korea.  During the Q & A session which followed the briefing, a number of questions were made and the participants deepened their understanding of Japanese foreign and domestic policies through Ambassador’s explanations.
