1. Job Descriptions
Administrative Assistant (2 persons) in charge of supporting and engaging in duties pertaining to the Coordination and Planning Division，including public relations coordination and other activities (Please see the attachment for detailed descriptions of expected job responsibilities for each person).
- Full time local staffs for a limited period. - Working hours will be Monday through Friday.7 hrs45min./day.(9:30am to 6:15pm, break 1hr)
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills required.
2. Job Conditions
- The period of employment is supposed to start from around January 2016 (as soon as necessary procedures will be completed) and shall be terminated at the end of December 2017. No extension. 3 months probation period required.

4. Required Status
Candidates must be a US citizen or non-US citizen currently with a legal status that allows him/her to stay for an extended period, preferably on permanent basis, and legally work in the US.
