Administration Section (Chauffer) of the Permanent Mission of Japan to the United nations has the following job openings.
1. Job Descriptions
･ Full-time local staff. Monday through Friday. 8hrs/day. 3 months’ probation period required.
･ 2 year with possible extension.
① Drive official vehicles for the Mission members and official visitors safely and punctually.
② Assist in preparation of special events, conferences, meetings, receptions and any other
official functions by transporting and setting equipments.
③ Hand delivery
④ Other related work
2. Required Status
① Candidates must be US citizen or non-US citizen currently with a legal status that allows
him/her to stay for an extended period, preferably on permanent basis, and legally work in
③ Basic knowledge of the United Nations and diplomacy preferred.
④ Japanese language capabilities preferred.
